Yamn makes another leap in the right direction tonight to a sold out or nearly sold out crowd at the Bluebird Theater in Denver. Over the past few times that I have seen Yamn they have improved significantly, each show, and this time was no different. Just when you think the jams couldn't be tighter, they take it to the next level.

Euforquestra Tour Day 3
Today brought us over some more mountains into Aspen. Tucked away in down town Aspen, the Belly Up has a view of the ski hill in front and its walls are covered with incredible photographs taken within the walls. Its a smaller venue with a more than adequite light show. The crowd in aspen is slow to arrive, but it takes no time for the dance floor to fill up. Euforquestra played a monster 2-1/2 hour set, and funked it up in the Mountains!

Euforquestra Tour Day 2
Day two takes us from Ridgway, through Telluride, and into Durango. One of the most scenic drives in Colorado. The threat of snow was still hanging over our heads as we made our way through the San Juans, to the Abbey Therare. Oh what a little Jem the Abbey is. It's a small room, with tons of attention to detail, plush leather sofas and club chairs in the VIP balcony, and walls covered with acoustic panels, I could tell that the sound quality was going to be hard to beat, and with the addition of the extra subs, the sound was ultra thick and tasty.

Euforquestra Tour Day 1
April 22, 2010.
The day starts early with some extra delicious breakfast burritos as we hit the road and start our 7 hour journey to Ridgway Colorado. We were heading to the Sherbino Theater, a place that reminded me of the good old Feral Book Cafe in Glenwood Springs. In the heart of old town, the Sherbino is a quaint little community theater, decked out with a nice stage and chandealiers hanging from the celing, and a great mountain town vibe. The people in Ridgway are great, and I knew instantly that it was going to be a fun night.

Skin and Ink
These are the latest photos in my new fine art series titled Skin and Ink, they are a continuation of my Body Landscapes. My goal in this project is to create landscapes with one light and the human form, wile at the same time focusing on the tattoos. You will notice that on some shots the tats disappear. This is the exciting challenge of this project, break out the polarizer and away we go.
